Staff was super nice. Took amazing care of me. Even when I fainted 1 day they said just come back in a day or 2 and you won't have to wait long. And we will finish up the reason for my visit. And they really did what they said they were going to do. That alone speaks volumes for me. Thank you for doing your jobs well and seeming like you all enjoy it.

Ashleey, the young lady that attended me for my TB test was very nice and did her job very well. When she injected me with the needle I did not feel it going in. She would be a great addition to your company once she completes her hours.

I was the first person to sign in right at 9am. I still waited 40+ minutes to be seen knowing I was there for a urine drug test. The procedure for this drug test is so unsanitary. I was asked to pee in the cup, bring the cup out, and was NOT allowed to wash my hands after. I questioned why not and they said it was protocol that I had to sign my name on the computer screen and also test tube samplers with date and initials. Again I said I didn’t want to touch the computer screen until I washed my hands and I was told my test would not be valid if i did that. At no point did I see anybody disinfecting the screen or handing me a sanitized pen to sign. For all I knew everyone that came out of the restroom providing a urine sample was touching the pens and screens with dirty hands. AFTER I signed I was given the opportunity to wash my hands and at no point did I see anyone cleaning the computer screen or placing the pen I used in a “dirty” pile.

I have to thank the staff for their attentiveness and hospitality. Very mixed reviews but if you treat the staff with kindness the same will be given. special thank you to Dr Trevor for the warm atmosphere and great care during the visit. Nurses were incredibly sweet and fast I've had unpleasant experiences in the past with un empathic healthcare workers that have made going to the dr's feel scary! but thanks to the staff i felt relief ♥️ Thank you again!

Would give it a zero , but most of the nurses are nice ! However , the front desk people are rude, they will ignore your questions and if they do answer it’s just “sign in and we will call you” . MINIMUM expect to wait 2 hours , even with appointment. If you’re able to another clinic do so ! Something I noticed this past time I went is that they attend a certain company’s clients faster , I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be, but I had been there for three hours and they went in and went out before I even got to go in. They’re also super unorganized, had me waiting for a copy of a paper for 30 minutes, besides the 2 hour wait time because the guy at the front forgot.

Arrived to do lift test and physical as well as drug test, did the drug test they then requested me to come back the next day because I was wearing slides for the lift test. Came back with shoes the next day and they told me that I had to get a new pass from the company that was hiring me. No one was happy. Doctor who saw me said it was the stupidest thing he's seen the company do. Idiots running the place. Cheers.

Did my physical and the female tech took my blood pressure and it was a lil high but passing. I have no history of high blood pressure. I had just worked out and used my allergy inhaler before getting there. Then when getting ready to finish up a male tech came and took it again I said they already took it. He said he can’t pass me or finish my physical cause the next numbers didn’t pass guidelines. I was sooo mad. Because he took it over my sweatshirt. I said I’ll come back on Thursday. That’s when my appt is scheduled anyways. I thought that I’d go in before my scheduled date to get it over with after leaving gym.

I was surprised by the funny doctor at the counter. He was so sweet and great. The front secretaries were welcoming and in a great mood. The nurse was great, the doctor was fast and okay. Great clinic.
